We are very pleased with our new furnace. The installers showed up on time and installed it in one day. They were professional, and paid great attention to detail throughout the install. The tech (I forgot his name...) was very polite and professional. He checked out my system to verify if recommended repairs from another company were really needed or not. I took advantage of a free offer from them, and was questioning their results, which is why and I contacted Advantage. I've been with your company since I've lived here and always felt you've done right by me. Some of the things will need to be done but not necessarily right at the moment. Tomorrow I am meeting with Angel to talk about updating to new equipment, and PGE's assistance program. This will help me decide which way to proceed.**Edit to original review:After meeting with Angel I decided to go ahead and replace my heat pump and furnace. The techs, Tim and, again I don't remember his name (I'm the worst with names), arrived right on time. We spoke about what all was going to happen and they got right to work. I had a few questions as the work was in process and they were both happy to take the time with me. The new equipment went in, the old was hauled away, and everything was fully explained before they left. The first thing I noticed was how much quieter the new furnace is. In a manufactured home, that's a bonus because it's inside the house. And the heat pump itself is also much quieter than my old one. I'm so excited and happy I made this decision. Thank you Advantage for your wonderful service through this whole process. I am a forever customer!!
Advantage installed a three-zone Daikin multi-split system in our home and did a great job.Daikan already includes a 12 year parts warranty, but Advantage included a 12 year labor warranty on top of that and a free year of maintenance. Their price was also one of the best we found.Our sales rep, Angel Sauceda, was very helpful in walking us through system options and placement, which made the process easy. Installation was fast, on time, passed inspection, and scheduling was simple. The install crews were professional, clean, friendly, and gave us great practical advice on how to operate the system.
Our furnace finally decided to go out on us right before the cold winter! I got quoted by Angel, and he was very knowledgeable about their products and the whole process. He was very easy to talk to and didn't pressure me in any way. After getting multiple quotes by other companies as well, I decided to go with Advantage! The new furnace was installed by Tim and Juan. Both men were courteous and professional. They explained to me exactly what they planned to do and did exactly that! No complaints on my end! Great job, fellas!
