PRIME HVAC LLC

I had a great experience with Prime HVAC LLC. They responded quickly, showed up on time, and diagnosed the issue with my HVAC system right away. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. The repair was completed efficiently, and everything has been working perfectly since, No surprises, just honest and transparent work. If you’re looking for reliable, professional HVAC service, I highly recommend Prime HVAC LLC. I’ll definitely be using them again for future maintenance and repairs!

Peter, Victor and team were fantastic. We used them for a big job with heat, electrical and air exchanges. The work is top notch plus they were super customer friendly. Walking me through all of the maintenance and helping with little stuff that others wouldn’t take the time to do. They’re great - 10/10 would use them again.

Victor and Peter did a fantastic job for our range hood. We have been wanting a good hood for a long time and the previous downdraft was just a joke. During our recent renovation, we finally get a proper hood installed perfectly. The installation is non-trivial as so many details need to be considered. Even though we did a lot home work and tried our best to buy the right hood, we still face issues due to the low ceiling and unique mounting situation. Victor and Peter helped us completely customized the hood and made it work! The hood is securely mounted and adjusted to the perfect height. I can’t think of any better outcome from this. They also made sure the makeup air system is properly installed and passed the permit inspection. A lot of other GC/vendors had no idea what a makeup air system is. Thank you guys for the great work!

Victor, Peter and their team did a great job on my basement HVAC updates. Considering we were still moving in, they handled our situation with respect and professionalism. The product they recommended was the best option for our basement, and they offered a great solution for a few other spaces that were under-performing with the existing system. I would highly recommend Prime HVAC to anyone who can appreciate a quality result and a team who is proud of their work. Thanks again guys!

I recently had a mini split and heating system installed in my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results! The installers were professional, punctual, and really knowledgeable about the product. They took the time to explain the system’s features and made sure I was comfortable with operating it before they left. The mini split has been a game-changer for us! It heats the room quickly and efficiently, and it’s incredibly quiet—barely noticeable when it’s running. Plus, the energy savings have been evident on our bills, which is a huge bonus. The remote control is intuitive and easy to use, allowing me to adjust the temperature with ease from anywhere in the room. Overall, I highly recommend this service to anyone considering an upgrade. The installation was smooth, the quality of the equipment is top-notch, and the improvement in comfort is undeniable. Worth every penny!
