Miguel and Jeremy did a great job when our HVAC needed replaced. Jeremy got the city permit submitted immediately, and Miguel coordinated the equipment install with our neighbors! The guys worked for three days straight, and even after hours to ensure our heat was functional for winter! Very thankful for their customer support and diligence.
This review is about three years in coming. Initially, I contacted six different companies to get a quote for a heat pump for our split-level house. Ironically, Resicon was the first. Our meeting with Andrew was the best. He gave the most detailed explanations and adequately answered all questions. We purchased an outdoor unit and three indoor units. We also bought an annual membership (which I never do) . Over the years, the customer service has exceeded expectations! I highly recommend hiring Resicon. You won't regret it.
Resicon installed the new Mitsubishi heat pump and air handler for my house just this week. I'm super happy with their exceptional end-to-end services from getting the estimate to installation. They removed my old gas furnace and finished installing the new system in less than 5 hours and their work are clean and professional. The team is very friendly and explained all the details of their work to me. I would highly recommend them for their great services.
We hired Resicon in 2022 to replace our oil furnace with a heat pump and we were very happy with the work. We hired them again this Fall to replace all the old galvanized steel plumbing in our house. We originally got a quote for this work in 2024, and had to postpone for personal reasons. When we came back to Resicon this Fall, they had remembered our whole project and had even saved our estimate and we were able to pick back up where we left off. Chase was managing our project, and Alex was leading on site everyday. They both were great to work with and very friendly. Part of our work was getting our water main up to the street replaced which I was pretty nervous about, but the team made quick work of it with very minimal repairs needed to our driveway. They estimated 3 days for our project, which seemed so short for how big of a re-pipe it was, but sure enough the team finished it all up 3 days. The team has been very prompt with answering any questions as well. We are very happy with the work, and couldn’t be happier with how our new plumbing is working.
I got an EV charger installed with this company and it wasn’t a great experience. They took a really long time to get me a quote, maybe 2 weeks and I had to be the one to follow up. I was scheduled like a week out and they called me the day before my appointment saying they wanted to reschedule me because it worked better for them to do later in the week. The installer didn’t bother at all but at the very end of the install he said he couldn’t fit my electrical panel back into the wall… That it would not fit. He said he would either leave it off the wall or cut into the wall so he could fit it in. I said cut into the wall and he made a mistake cutting in and left the area dirty. While the ev charger works fine it was a sloppy job, unprofessional, and poor communication. I want to be clear I totally understand if the panel could not fit back in but I feel like that’s something that should have been presented to me before you even removed it. I’m sure you would be able to tell it wouldn’t go back in prior to removal. I also feel like it’s common practice to clean up your work space when you’re done. Now I have to pay to get that wall fixed… Will look elsewhere next time.
