Our home is 13+ years old. We’ve owned 3 years. Our 2 AC units are outside the wall of my bedroom. Since we moved in, whenever the AC kicked on I knew as such a loud roar but in the last month it had gotten louder. Next, the downstairs unit ran for 3 hours solid. We called All Pro as we’ve used before. Johnny came and within 10 minutes knew that unit motor was burnt out. He offered to replace but suggested he also check out the upstairs AC. He found Freon had leaked out. He explained cost of initial repairs and couldn’t guarantee those were only issues. (Could replace the motor & Freon but finding leak would take longer). I ask him to run numbers to replace. Repairs were going cost 1/3 of what replacing this 13-14 year old system (estimated to last 10-15 years). We bit the bullet and choose to replace. We couldn’t see putting out $2-4K on fixes that wouldn’t guarantee a longer expectancy.We were scheduled 4 work days later. Johnny and Jeff called 8:05 & let us know they were on the way. They arrived shortly and went to work. These guys were so quiet and constantly working. They finished quicker than anticipated and no mess. Both AC’s, air changer, heat units etc were replaced with higher level efficiency seer ratings. Johnny answered our questions, made sure we understood the warranty’s and had no other concerns. I no longer hear the units kicking on and the cooling is more “thorough”-hard to describe.I’m a senior citizen and they cut labor prices as well “forgave” the 1st visit on our only bill. It’s pricey but after googling our CenTex area AC replacement pricing we KNOW we got a great deal.We couldn’t be more happy. We’ve used 2 other AC companies but have found our permanent AC & heat service provider. Thank you AllPro. You ALL are true PROfessionals.
When I hire in our times a pro for a task, I am cautiously optimistic they will perform a decent job. I am critical, value great communication, punctuality and transparency. I was genuinely impressed with All Pro Air Conditioning in Temple Texas. Punctual and doing great communication, clean work, fast and professional to the highest grade, they proved I can still find reliable people. Their work was not just well, but exceptionally executed. Both the product and the labor were above my expectations. They received an +A in my book. I wish all workers will be at least 50% of what they are.
My AC stopped working correctly on Sunday evening and I filled out info online since it was not an emergency. I had an email about an hour later and appointment time for next day early. Called prior to arrival and arrived on time. Able to diagnose my problem and fix my AC in a timely manner. Very polite. They did not charge much compared to other companies I had quotes from. Very appreciative.
Everyone at this company has been amazing. The person who takes your call is transparent with prices, efficient, and quick to offer help. We have used this company twice now. Once for a new evaporator and again when we had a shorted wire. Johnny was quick, professional, and kind. Their prices are very fair and they are overall a very honest company to work with. I highly recommend them to others in the area.
