Edit: The new owner of the company (which is now Hubbard, not bob reid) has called and refunded our bill because we were not shown an invoice (and had to pay on the spot). We very much appreciated having him reach out to explain that our situation was not representative of how they did business.--------------Don't be fooled- this is no longer Bob Reid. They have been bought out by a mega corporation and they do not disclose this information to you. Company is not the same, prices are certainly not the same. We've used the original Bob Reid before and nobody mentioned it was a different company.
This company installed a new furnace/thermostat in my elderly parents’ home (winter 2022). The installers were quiet, clean and very professional. After the installation, a follow-up call was needed for some thermostat settings and this was handled quickly without hassle by the company. Thank you to Bob Reid and his team - very satisfied customers!
