We had the pleasure of meeting with Joe this month. We are first time gas appliance owners, he was so knowledgeable and taught us so much. I really appreciate the time he spent sharing the dos and don’ts with us and how everything works. I’m such an anxious person and gas makes me think “explosion” lol! Joe made my fireplace brand new with his check over and clean and offered some really great advice regarding our furnace, oven, and chimney. Joe you rock! You’re amazing at what you do, you’re honest and fair in your pricing, and an absolutely awesome human!

Josef’s work is INCREDIBLE. Our fireplace wasn’t working - he fixed it and it looks brand new. His prices were fair and the work was excellent. He even loved our dog. We found him through the reviews and weren’t disappointed. Highly recommend!
My natural gas fireplace was producing very small flames. Joe took everything apart and diagnosed the problems. The venturi tube was fully open which it should never be. He corrected this which gave taller better looking flame. There was insufficient material for the glowing glass embers. He added new and more embers which produced a better looking fire. He also explained the poor design of the fireplace and its limitations. He thoroughly cleaned all parts and arranged all components to optimize the appearance of the fire. He was very friendly and explained all his work as he was doing it. I am very pleased with the quality work of this gas fireplace specialist.
When our gas pool heater stopped working mid-summer, we called around to several different companies including Camogas based on others’ online recommendations. We were very impressed by Joe’s professionalism, his excellent communication before and during the visit, his thoroughness in checking and solving the problem, and the promptness of service. In a world of mediocrity, Joe’s commitment to doing his job well makes him stand out in the industry. Highly, highly recommend this company and would absolutely make them the first call should we ever need service again.
