Our furnace decided to conk out on the coldest night of the year (-29° with the windchill). Found an ad for FNC Heating, Cooling & Gas. Called on Friday night at 7pm. The owner was at our home within an hour, assessed the problem, located the part, came back and installed it. We were back up and running by 9:30. Super friendly and speedy service. Highly recommend this family-run Niagara business.

Fabian is great. He provided me a lot of options and price ranges on getting a heat pump mini split set up for my garage. He quoted right, set it up well, explained everything about it to me including how best to take care of it. Fabian arrived when he said he would and was very approachable. He was very friendly and called me by my first name. He was willing to chit chat while doing his work on my furnace. Nice guy. Work completed without delay. My issue was minor as my furnace is only 7 years old but done professionally. I recommend his service to those needing furnace work.
