Telford came out same day to repair our pool heater. We were very pleased with the speed in which they came out. Tech was super nice.
Our pool heater quit...during the holiday season. I called Telford. Their serviceman, Erickson was here 4 days earlier than originally predicted. YAY! Erickson assessed the problem and had us up and running within the hour! Kudos Telford! Erickson was wonderful and you exceeded my expectations! My only wish is that I could have avoided the service call charge since we had a pretty big repair.
You won't find better. If you want to count on exceptionally knowledgeable, responsive and honest service at fair prices, Telford is the one to go with. They replaced a whole house A/C for us and now perform comprehensive maintenance twice a year. They always go above and beyond to do the job thoroughly and with great care, double-checking everything, and their maintenance contract even includes a mold-retardant procedure that most companies charge extra for, if they even offer it. Eric is so experienced and conscientious he really ought to be cloned! Hope this helps you get your job(s) done right by a company you can really count on.
Once again, amazing service from the nice folks at Telford Cooling. We had an emergency at night on a bank holiday weekend (isn't that always the way!) and the owner called us to tell us that Eric was on the way. He got to us in no time and had the issue fixed within the hour.If you're looking for a reliable vendor that delivers outstanding service at reasonable prices, look no further! They've been looking after us for more than five years and we love those guys!
Just great! Super responsive, called on a Friday and they were able to send someone out within a couple of hours to look at my pool heater. The tech Erick was very patient and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me so I understood the cost of repair. Additionally, he explained ways to prevent future issues. I really appreciate this kind of top notch service and for a reasonable price. I will be switching over my A/C maintenance contracts to them too. Thank you Telford for sending out your best!
