I called Air Squad at noon time today- by 115 Pm Mark had sent his technician Darren to survey the job. Within 15 minutes Darren had identified the problem, got the system running and trouble shot the whole house. Darren is a gentleman and a true professional. I have signed up for their maintenance program and I am thrilled to be a customer.

What started with a giant hole in our ceiling from an air duct leak issue installed with a prior company turned into a nightmare scenario: leaking, sweating ducts through our ceiling, inadequate insulation throughout the home, an undersized air conditioning system that we knew was not properly cooling down our home, and problems we didn't even know existed when we bought the house. At the time we were beside ourselves and didn’t know who to trust. By the grace of God we were recommended to Mark with The Air Squad.

Most contractors would have tackled one issue and sent us on our way to find someone else for the rest. Not The Air Squad. Once they heard all that we had been dealing with they took a comprehensive approach that was nothing short of remarkable.
Their team coordinated everything, and I mean everything. They brought in structural engineers to assess the damage, conducted thorough blow door tests to identify all the air leakage points, and then methodically addressed every single problem.

They replaced our inadequate A/C system, brought in contractors who properly insulated our home, and put in new duct work throughout the entire house.
What could have been a months-long ordeal dealing with multiple contractors became a streamlined, professionally managed project. The Air Squad handled all the coordination, kept us informed every step of the way, and the quality of work was impeccable. Our new A/C unit and air ducts now run the most efficient way to cool and heat our home.
