This is my 2nd time using Franks and let me tell you, Customer service is top notch! From the wonderful lady on the phone (sorry forgot her name) and the techs that have come out! Esteban was great! Showed me exactly what was wrong and was able to fix it! They are very honest and prices very reasonable. I highly recommend using them to stay cool in this Yuma heat!
Frank installed a new heat pump to replace the failed unit in my mom's house. They gave me a great price ($1,300 less than nearest competitor), and they were fast (install completed within a week of my decision to hire them). Frank led the install personally, and his team did a great professional work completing the install in just a few hours. I highly recommend them.Randy Fish
I called on a Monday, just to have someone come and have a look at out park model and provided some guidance on what would be the best for our unit.I actually had no expectations or doing an actual install as I had to leave for work on the Friday of the same week.We agreed on the type of unit and cost, still with the idea it would not be until I or my wife would be back.Frank and crew were on-site Thursday and did the complete install of a 2 unit mini split (30,000 btu total).I have nothing to say but "wow".Thank you for the great service, the crews were neat and tidy (of course after having to make a mess...lol). Frank himself was on-site to help the boys out.I would based on my experience not hesitate to recommend them for any of my friends or whomever reads this.
After we had our, "before the heat hits yearly AC check-up", we decided to replace our unit instead of fixing. It lasted 18 years & we really didn't want to have another experience like our old house where it died in the middle of the Arizona summer. ??I also got another Ecobee thermostat installed, oh how I missed it after we moved into this house. It's nice to be able to control the temp if we are away from the house.I'm also soooo HAPPY with Frank's AC! They showed up 10 minutes EARLY and did an amazing job installing it! We have been using them for all our yearly check-ups, and every person with the company has been great to work with. We also upgraded from a 4 ton unit to a 5 ton ( which it should have been, but the builders wanted to save money).Our unit is on the roof and I was like a little kid watching the crane ??THANK YOU!!
