Tony did a thorough job troubleshooting our unit. He got the unit working but explained the compressor was unstable and we needed to have the company we bought the unit from replace it as it is under warranty with them. A condenser went out over the weekend. Called Monday morning and Tony was here before noon. Paid for service call. Unit is 5 years old but party was under warranty.
Our polar heat/ac system stopped working during the heat of the day at 102 f and the inside temperature rose to 96 f very quickly. We called Polar and explained the problem and within an hour they responded to our residence. The tech Manny was so helpful and understanding of our problem and immediately went to work on the ac unit which needed a new motor which he replaced and in two hours we were back in service. Thanks to Polar company and their great customer service and support. We are so grateful that we are Polar customers.
