I’ve sent multiple family members to Levi for AC help. One of them even had issues on a Sunday! They’ve all received excellent, on-call service for great prices. They really are a great, local company and have quick turn around times(even same-day). Thank you Levi!!
Called rapid air at 4:00 am on a Sunday morning stating that my air conditioner had quit working. my call was returned some time later and the repair person stated he would be at my home between 6:30am and 7:00am when he arrive I said to him that the condenser fan motor and stopped working and he proceeded to replace the motor with a new motor from his repair van. He completed the task but I was told the motor cost was 585.00 dollars I thaught that was extremely high amount because I had priced the motor from a parts supplier before his arrival and the range was 65.00 to 104.00 dollars . When he was finished the ac unit worked normally again. The final bill I was handed was 750.00 dollars as he added service call , labor, tax. Worked was performed properly. But because of the extreme overcharge I would never call this company again.
