Called them. They were there within 20 minutes like we agreed upon. Not once was I told a price.. they got the door open in a matter of minutes. Made three keys for me and charged me $539
If they would have told me prices like this I would have never done it
When I called back the dispatcher made excuses said I'm only the dispatcher and the technician said that the dispatcher should have told me
In my job line I have used locksmiths many times. I never question it. They've always charged a fair price
All they did was pass the buck I don't mind paying for service but being ripped off is bad practice. I don't recommend them to anyone. There's too many people out there and I will know next time
