I would give it a no stars if I could. I made 3 copies of the same exact key. Get home, none worked, called the phone number on the receipt, they will send a gift card to reimburse me, three weeks later get the card, call to activate the card, have to verify my DOB? OK I know it, but how would they? Of course it told me it's wrong. Can't activate, NO ACCESS to live person on the number provided. I ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM OR THEIR SERVICE. By the way, went to Ace on Wabash, to have the keys made. They all worked
I’ve been wanting to get extra keys made, and kept forgetting. Went to Lowe’s for something and WHALA there is a machine. No waiting for assistance, did an excellent job, took very little time, used my card, and done!!!!! Very happy ??
The process was quick and easy, but none of my 3 keys (all the same lock) worked once I got home!
Made a bunch of keys for my son's new apartment (he loses them constantly ????), the process was super easy and convenient. Now there's a permanent record of his key, as well, in case he actually loses them all!
