The worst moving company I have ever dealt with. Packing job was subpar. Half of my boxes were not labeled in any way. Furniture scratched. Fragile items, including lamps, broken. Worst of all, many items flat out disappeared—a computer monitor, rug, valuable art and pottery, clothing, kitchen items. Avoid at all costs.
Ronnie and his team were extremely professional and did an amazing job. They kept inquiring if there was anything else that needed to be done. Our office was pleased with the end result! Thank you again, Ronnie and team!
It was great having a professional crew onsite while undergoing a window swapping project. Ron & Crew were on time, friendly & ready to handle and curveball that came their way. They took exceptional care with the furniture. Every piece was meticulously wrapped in protective padded blankets and shrink wrap before being moved.
Ronnie and his team are the best! Had to move multiple pieces of furniture within my office suite on separate occasions and they were always available when I called them. They show up on time, do the job quickly and smoothly…they are true professionals. I highly recommend!
WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Warning: DO NOT USE!1. Pickup was unsettling & unorganized. Employees smelled like weed, I was required to buy an extra $25 box, charged extra for packing, and charged extra for square footage (of course).2. Pickup date was 2/28. Provided 3/15 as the first available delivery date. Received a call on 3/15, informing me that they were just loading my items on a truck.3. Deliver date was 3/25, 10 days later than expected, and nearly a month after pickup. Thank God it was not imperative that I receive my items right away!4. My items were delivered dirty, broken, smashed, crushed, and clearly mishandled!!! Even worse, 3 very important boxes-storage containers were missing. They even tried to deliver someone else’s items to me. Not surprising considering some of my items were missing stickers, my inventory list was poorly done and did not match with my items. Worst of all, I found out that delivery driver worked for a completely different (very poorly rated) company that FVL had hired, without my knowledge.5. Took 17 days to finally get my 3 missing boxes-storage containers back. 17 days of horrible customer service, conflicting information, unanswered calls; basically, the biggest run-around ever!!! The container of one missing item was nowhere to be found and my belongings were just thrown in a random box.6. Filed a claim with CSI. Again, I am receiving horrible customer service, confusing-conflicting information; basically, the biggest run-around ever!!! They state that I will receive a response from the adjuster no sooner than 120 days… what a joke! I’m sure I will never be compensated fairly for the huge loss I have endured.PLEASE save yourself a huge headache and DO NOT USE Forward Van Lines!
