I used Top Notch Movers for a local move in Boynton Beach and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Several items were damaged or missing, including a king bed, a queen mattress, dining base and arm chairs. The communication from the company was inconsistent and delayed for months. They never provided a claims process after asking several times.
Storage charges were also erroneously billed for months after services ended. Despite filing complaints with FDACS, the company has not fully addressed the damages, and I am now pursuing small claims court for reimbursement.
I do not recommend Top Notch Movers based on my experience.

Terrible experience. The movers broke three of our TVs and the owner, Jackie, has been completely unresponsive ever since. No calls, no texts, no accountability. Avoid this company if you care about your belongings or basic professionalism.
