I used Top Notch Movers for a local move in Boynton Beach and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Several items were damaged or missing, including a king bed, a queen mattress, dining base and arm chairs. The communication from the company was inconsistent and delayed for months. They never provided a claims process after asking several times.Storage charges were also erroneously billed for months after services ended. Despite filing complaints with FDACS, the company has not fully addressed the damages, and I am now pursuing small claims court for reimbursement.I do not recommend Top Notch Movers based on my experience.
From the beginning to the end the owner Jackie was a pleasure to deal with. The employees were very nice guys and worked non-stop to get the move done. Highly recommend Top Notch Movers.
Terrible experience. The movers broke three of our TVs and the owner, Jackie, has been completely unresponsive ever since. No calls, no texts, no accountability. Avoid this company if you care about your belongings or basic professionalism.
Top Notch Movers made our long-distance move feel easy. Moving from Miami to Charlotte could have been a nightmare, but their team was organized, efficient, and incredibly respectful. They handled our furniture with care and even helped us reassemble a few things upon delivery. The driver kept us updated during the transport, and the delivery window was spot on. After researching several companies, I’m so glad we chose them. Five stars all the way — they’ve earned a customer for life!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Honestly the best moving experience I had to date! I work in the medical field so had a very tight time frame for moving fromOne place to the other. I was very skeptical at first that the moving company will be able to do it all in the time I had, but Top notch movers proved me wrong! 3 guys came in to my apartment they were so fast, efficient, and gentle with my items I was genuinely surprised. They were so respectful and communicated so well with both of the buildings (which can be challenging since my buildings were both in Sunny Isles and Aventura..) And all my furniture made it safely without any problems!Could not recommend this company more, if you’re contemplating whether or not to hire this company, think no further!
