Keeton has been doing our yard work for a number of years! Him and his crew are professional and always do an amazing job. He did some snow removal for us when my husband broke his arm and I was pregnant and they always came before we went to work. I would highly recommend him.

Edit: to your response, no, it was not authorized "by the neighbours", as "the neighbours" own that fence outright. Then you crossed the property line again after being told you were working on a non shared fence. Your client then came over to harrass us about finishing "his fence". You had no right, no permission, and you began taking down the fence BEFORE you ever talked to "the neighbours". Do not attempt to return to "finish the work" you had no permission to even begin. Original review: Abysmal communication with neighbours, and an abhorent lack of respect to property lines. Began to replace a fence without permission, under assumption it was a shared fence. It was not, it is the sole property of the neighbouring house from who hired them for the job. When informed they lacked permission, and that they were damaging property without notice, they half-hazardly replaced the missing anchor post. They also cut out and built around another section, and claimed they "damaged nothing", despite clearly crossing the property boundaries and building out into the neighbouring yard.

I recently hired S.O.S. Exteriors for one of the properties I manage, and the experience has been excellent so far. The morning after the first snowfall of the season, their maintenance crew was already out checking everything, and I received a really handy automatic update confirming that no service was needed. Keeton has also been fantastic to work with - very responsive while we were setting up our account and flexible with payment options!
