I had the pleasure of meeting Jereme today from Bulwark. He kept me updated on when he would be arriving and even offered to come in early if I was available. Once onsite he asked me where my biggest concerns were and inquired about my dogs to make sure they stayed safe during the process. Right away went to work and made sure to treat the areas needed. A+ Service. I am impressed. I noticed a truck across the street. The side of the truck said, "Exterminator: ...moles...etc" I made a bee-line to speak to them about a mole that we had been trying to trap for 3+ months. These guys didn't have to go through corporate to help me, they signed me up on the spot and started THAT DAY!! Jereme is my main man. He is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and, well, ... amazing! He stoped by frequently to check our lawn and do whatever was needed to resolve the issue, and now to maintain a pest-free yard. It only took about 2.5 weeks for the 2-a-day mole hills to STOP! She showed up ready to go full Mission: Impossible on these nests by scaling heights, diving into the crawlspace, and even checking the attic with zero hesitation. Not once did she act like any of it was a hassle. She treated my home with respect, took the time to walk me through everything, and made sure the job was thoroughly done before packing up.Bonus points: she also sprayed the entire house for ants and other bugs as part of the service, which felt like getting a surprise upgrade at a hotel except instead of chocolates on the pillow, it’s peace of mind that my house isn’t secretly hosting an insect convention.If you’re dealing with pests and want someone who’s not only competent but genuinely pleasant to work with, ask for Leah.
