Daniel came to complete my regular routine pest control treatment. While completing this he noticed that we had some signs of potential mice/rat damage to the yard and insulation in our crawl space. Daniel came back later in the day and was able to inspect our crawl space to ensure we did not have an infestation. He said that our insulations had fallen but there was no signs of rats/mice in the crawl space! I am thankful for Daniels due diligence and ability to accommodate our schedule. He was a super kind and polite gentleman. He did a great job!

Orion was great, very helpful and informative tech who was very professional and eager to help us, even with something completely unrelated. Only issue we have is the placement of the rat traps was less than ideal, we do wish he had put them on the other side of our temporary fence so our dogs can't get to them at all. Easy fix at the follow up appointment tho. Unsure about the effectiveness of the treatment as it's only been 2 days. Will update if need be.
