I had high hopes for Senske Lawn Care based on my initial conversation with them. Before signing up, I was specifically told that my first service would be provided at no charge. However, after the service was completed, I was charged the very next day.

I contacted their office, and the representative reviewed the account notes and confirmed that my first service was indeed supposed to be free. I was told the mistake would be corrected immediately and that a refund would be issued.

Unfortunately, that was over two weeks ago. I still have not received the refund, and despite multiple attempts to follow up, I have been unable to get anyone to return my calls or provide an update.

Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What has been disappointing is the lack of follow-through and communication after the error was acknowledged. Customer service isn't just about fixing problems—it's about following through on the commitments made. I hope Senske improves its communication and customer service so others don't have the same experience.

I rarely leave reviews for anything, but hopefully this helps someone else consider a different company.

I signed up for a specific service, as I received a postcard in the mail. Senske took my account information for auto-billing at the time.

Soon, I began receiving all of these texts saying that Senske was coming out to do this and that (aeration and reseeding), so I called asking if the services they were scheduling were included in the special I signed up for. I was told yes by customer service.

Suddenly, $230 was taken from my acct. I did not ask for these services and even called to ensure we were not going to be charged for something we did not request.

I have spoken to about 7 different people, all with different answers about scheduling, their processes, etc. I received a call back after explaining and complaining. Was told I would be getting a refund. It has been a month now, and I am still having to call, explaining over and over about what happened....still no refund.

Thia company is polite on the phone and acts like things are being handled, but they simply aren't.

Another issue we had is them trying to come out and apply weed killer and fertilizer right after the aeration and reseeding, which actually should not occur for another 3 weeks, for health of the grasa. If we did not call to say something, they would have just come out and done it. I have to believe other people who aren't aware of how yards should be cared for are trusting this company and their scheduling.

Even after explaining services we did not ask for had been performed, they almost did it again...and mind you, I am still waiting on the refund from their prior mistake. It should not be this complicated. I should not have to call twice a week or more with unresolved issues.

Michael is a very hard working young man. He just finished educating me on the 9 zones of my drip irrigation system and was respectful and patient. Prior to this he tracked down a cracked irrigation pvc pipe, doing the work of 2 men.Many thanks Michael!

Jose was so polite and ask how we enjoyed our Christmas decorations. We told him how happy we were, our neighbors, and others who commented to us. He really worked hard to take everything down. Senske should be proud of Jose as he represented your company!!!
