They did no work , but sent a bill for $270.00. The worst customer service. I made several appointments but they kept canceling, make me wait days & never showed upNow they want to be paid for work they did not do.They got 1 star only because I had to do that to get this experience posted.
Sewer lines needed to be replaced. The workers came out and worked in the rain to get it completed. I went out to take a picture of how deep it was and was told the porch was compromised since they had removed dirt from under wooden porch. So they took a picture. They finished, said they would be back to smooth the huge pile of dirt out and put grass seed down. The biggest thing is they didn't put much dirt back under the wooden porch. Is it still compromised? Could very well be. They refuse to come back and finish the job. They certainly don't follow thru with their job but were very thorough about making sure they get paid.Find someone else!
Update:We just had them back out and they were awesome! Showed up a few minutes early. They got us in quickly. The tech went above and beyond in getting things fixed! They are just great! They were very professional, very conscious of cleaning up behind themselves, and did a great job at fixing the core issue. I really appreciate their help and plan to use them again for projects I have down the road. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and upfront plumber.
Mr. Rooter responded to my water leak in the house the same day I called them, even though it was a holiday week end. This really impressed me. Robert was the tech and I will recommend him to all my friends. He was a very nice person and very efficient.
Appointment was made for the day right after I called, which seemed really quick! Then I got a call to let me know they were on their way 2 hours early. They wore a mask in the office, replaced our office work room water heater and also fixed a leak + cleaned out a pipe while he was down there. This was all done quietly and quickly while we all worked in surrounding offices. Thanks Mr. Rooter!
