Called about a leak, they didn't fix the leak. Fixed the faucet, but not the leak. Left a new hose...connected to the dishwasher. Left the old leaking host connected to the supply line. Took 3 tries to get them to pick up the phone. Explained I'd be happy to pay half the labor for a job half done. They had the tech call me review my story and basically said "huh, weird" and sent me the same bill again.
I had a broken pipe and spent about 5 weeks trying to get the original installer to take care of it - very unresponsive, didn't show at stated times, etc. The day after I called Tallmage the job was done. I would've saved myself a lot of time and frustration by reaching out to them first, very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism.
