Edit: upon the response from the owner, the history of poor reviews, numerous rebrands, and number of lawsuits against this outfit. I think it's quite clear, anyone can see for themselves that this company should be out of bussiness (same goes for their sister company Next Level Design and Contracting). Many of these reviews report the same issues with the owner, there's a pattern here. They not only had a contract through our general contractor that they were ultimately fired from and replaced, they also had a contract with my father in law. For a job to install a generator switch on our home. Which they never even started the work on after taking payment. Need more details, feel free to reach out to me. We have pictures, videos, correspondence as well as inspections from independent inspectors that we had to hire after their botch job. All that can back this review up. Attached a photo providing proof that the "brand new" boiler that was installed is actually 16 years old.

If I could give -5 stars, I would. Dale (owner) is a con man, and a hot head. He was contracted on our remodel for plumbing and electrical work, by our general contractor. We also contracted him to install a generator transfer switch. Outside of the larger scope of work. That was in Jan of 2025. Here we are in Oct of 25, work on the transfer switch still has not began. After months of excuses and several no shows. We asked for a refund in the amount of $1,800 which we paid in full. At which point Dale got belligerent, insisting he couldn't refund us, and that the switch couldn't be installed until after the electrical inspection (which was another headache). Upon calling the town inspector we realized he was lying and that it should have been included in the initial inspection. Another red flag. After looking through public records, we came to find out there are several civil suits against this company, ranging from unsettled invoices, to shoddy work, and more. I would recommend anyone considering this outfit to do a little research and find someone else.

Defective work:

Electrical panel was never label up to code

Clogged drain pipe for washer (resulting in back up and flooding)

Busted circulator on "new" furnace

Leaky oil filter

Thermostats didn't match corresponding zones

6 leaks found in baseboard heaters (had to hire a new plumber to repair due to negligence on EZ HPS part, and threats made by Dale himself)

Baseboard covers bent and mismatched

Fins on "new" baseboards bent to hell

Crooked light switches due to amateur cuts.

Shower inverter is crossed resulting in hot being cold, and cold being hot.

This company was eventually removed from the project due to negligence.

Dale also lied to us and told that our main drain pipe was cracked. Upon getting a second opinion from a reputable company it was determined that wasn't true. We just needed to have it jetted to get all the construction debris and build up that was down there.

The owner of this company is arrogant. They did a good job on my septic tank, but the drainage work was terrible. They left my yard completely uneven, and the water is running into my neighbors' yard. When I went to the office to talk to them, I left messages, but the owner never showed up. When I finally spoke to him on the phone, I told him he needed to bring more dirt to level the yard, and the man yelled at me and said that if I didn't pay him, he would sue me and put a lien on my house, trying to intimidate me. I told him that the work they did was unprofessional and poorly done. Two of his employees took two months to do this shoddy work. They came to the yard and left it a complete mess. In short, the work was useless, and I'll have to spend more money to hire another, more professional company because this one is incompetent.

Highly recommend, great service and affordable. This is the 2nd we have used them and the staff, Austin and Kenyon were fantastic!! Boiler was having an issue making my house 80 degrees. They came out the day after my call in to them for help and had the problem fixed within a couple of hours. They were very thorough and explained the process to me clearly. The next day I was still having excessive heat and they came back out after their first scheduled job of the day. Austin and come right in and checked the thermostat, in which I had it hooked up incorrectly. Thank you guys so much!

I had a heat pump / heating issue and Austin from EZ HPS went over the whole system to finally discover a wire burn out at the air handler which is tucked up in the rafters of the garage. I'm warm finally and the system is working great. Just in time for the subzero temps!
