Thank you, Thank you and Thank you.Five stars are not enough.I've been using Lowe Plumbing Heating and AC exclusively since 2008. Their service is exceptional! Their technicians are personable and have helped educate me on the boiler or AC system.Just prior to Thanksgiving 2025, our LP gas boiler failed after 18 years. Parts were no longer available. If they were, was it worth the risk of something else failing and associated cost? After a few phone calls and emails with Paul, the new unit was ordered. For many years Paul serviced our system before moving on to estimates / quotes. The 2 installers, Brian and Matt explained what they had to do, to remove the old system and what they had to do for installing the new boiler. Overall it would be a day in a half to 2 full days. The craftsmanship of the piping, installing the zone valves and detail to running the wires and cable ties to secure the wires was beautifully laid out. The installed presentation showed there was pride in their work ethic. Brian educated me on the new system. He assured me, he would not leave until we knew all the zones were performing properly. I had no sense they were rushing to leave. They cleaned up the work area and left it in better shape then when they started.Thank you to the office administrators who assisted with the paperwork and keeping the process flowing!
I appreciate the great customer service and the ease of getting an appointment. Conrad called before arriving, treated my space with respect and explained the whole process. Thanks Conrad! Highly recommend!
I have used Jeff Lowe a number of times for plumbing jobs and have always been very happy with their work.My most recent experience however was the exact opposite. I have a mini split which has mouse contamination. I asked them to quote downcycling the system and disconnecting the electricity and refrigerant lines to the inside unit so a contractor can remove siding and remove mouse debris. Jeff Lowe would then reconnect the system. No new compressor or head unit. Only parts needed would be electrical wire, refrigerant lines and insulation. Quote was $7k. Oh and surprise surprise a new unit was "Just" $9k so their recommendation was to fit a new unit. Disconnect and hook up are half day jobs each. $7k is daylight robbery. It seems that Jeff Lowe does not want to help you maintain the equipment you have and instead wants to convince you it is junk so you buy new equipment instead.Avoid.
Jim at Jeff Lowe led a team to handle a complex job - rerouting our main line, gas, and other drain lines to make way for a steel beam through our basement ceiling. He was the only plumber to come into our house, see what needed to be done, and have a clear vision for how to achieve it. His team delivered, and now our plumbing is better than before. I can't recommend Jeff Lowe enough!
Brittany and Maxx did outstanding job in replacing an aged, leaking drain pipes for 3 upstairs bathrooms. They take great pride in their workmanship. The whole job took all day and was affordable price. I highly recommend Lowe Plumbing!
