Ryan was a very nice guy. We had a main line clog that thankfully we caught early. We contacted Dauenhauer plumbing. The receptionist was friendly. We had a technician (Ryan) show up to the house within 2 hours of the initial call. Ryan was a nice guy. He was friendly, and answered all my questions. The best thing was he solved the issue. Minus 1 star for price of service. But for everything else a 5 for sure.
I called a Dauenhauer on a Saturday for an emergency that was a gas leak.I was grateful that they prioritized my call and where on site quickly. However, the Daunhauser plumber told me it was going to cost $980To “rebuild” a flex line from the HVACTo the gas line. The flex line turned out to be aLess than 2 feet with some connections. After I questioned the time and cost, he was kind enough to reduce my bill to $647. Judge for yourself…..
Ryan Lawrence Did great on replacing the sensor. The sensor was pricey but he was efficient on getting the job done. He check the vents and change the filter while checking ?? … I hope this fixes the issue since I’ve had someone else come and clean the old sensor that goes off frequently and just kept adding up so I guess it was due for a replacement
Dauenhauer Plumbing is one of the best Plumbing companies in Lexington today. No matter when you call, they always seem to find a way to have availability. They are very honest and straightforward with you about the job at hand and they do everything within their power to solve whatever issue you have. My current service technician Skyler was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable about my project and the Plumbing Industry in general. Dauenhauer needs to hire and retain more Techs like him! Skyler was easily able to fix my old section of Galvanized steel pipes going to my water heater without having to go backwards and replace more and longer runs of galvanized steel! Dauenhauer is now my go to company for Plumbing and I recommend them for any Plumbing issues you have!
The service was excellent and extremely fast. We reached out around 8-9am for service and Benneth Smith was here around 10:30am. Can’t ask for any faster service than that! He was very kind and cleaned up after his work was done. It actually was better than when he arrived honestly! You really can’t go wrong with Dauenhauer Plumbing! Fast and efficient!
