dealt with jon the owner, needed a quote on a smaller job; he was on the job site the next day and i recieved an honest quote within 24 hours. very refreshing after being strung along by another local company for 5 weeks. i recieved the other guys quote shortly after j goods. the other guys quote was $7,000 higher. As others have mentioned, I called for a repair and they didn’t want to repair my furnace as it was “too old to repair” and they pushed a new furnace, so had their salespeople quote almost $6k for a new system, which they could “get on it right away” (code for things are slow so best to sell customers something they don’t need!). Called another company and it was working after a $400 repair, and has been working for over a year now. Won’t use J-goods again!
