Anderson’s cleaned out the ductwork in my house, as well as completely checked my furnace and cleaned my dryer duct recently. I was worried about the mess but it was very minimal. The two-man crew was very efficient. I will also mention that their receptionist was extremely helpful answering all my questions. I was very pleased with the results, as well as the charges. I have no qualms about recommending Anderson’s to anyone.
Leaking issues in two of our bathrooms and the kitchen sink faucet was about ready to fall apart required the skills of a plumber. My husband called Anderson's early this morning; John was here by 11 am. John was very professional and easy to work with. The jobs were completed in approximately 2.5 hours to our satisfaction.We will not hesitate to recommend Anderson's and will definitely be using them again.
I'm currently taking care of the house where the repairs were made, so I didn't see the cost of the repairs.Charles was the tech. that did the diagnostics, ordering and the repairs. He was professional and very confident. He seemed to have knowledge about the Rudd furnace he was working on.I felt he did a great job.
I jumped the gun about being unhappy with the previous service. After life delays and sickness, they were able to contact me. Bob, he said he wanted to make things right and that it could have been taken care of a long time ago. They did come back and the gentleman did everything he could to find the issue with the plumbing problems and he did. He went above and beyond the service call and I certainly appreciated the effort. They did not have a long enough snake to fix the issue, but they were proactive and contacted another business to see if they could help me. They made things right by considering their previous work under warranty. They will also work with me when using the services of another business. I don't know what other companies that are willing to do this. I am very satisfied and will recommend them to everyone. Thank you Anderson's Health, Air Conditioning & Plumbing. The entire staff did what they could to help us quickly and they did a great job! Scheduling, communicating and getting a leak taken care of rapidly! thankfully, we had no lasting water damage and we’re very grateful for the Work completed! We appreciate Andersons.
