A horrible experience of a man (Karl-owner???) demanding:
1) cash only. $300 service charge and $300 first hour labor. This reaks of fraud….
2) paid upfront full amount ($600) without any evidence of work quality, speed, or ability.
3) NEVER do I pay in full for services NOT rendered. I offered 50% upfront, he got nasty and said find someone else. …. I will gladly find someone more ethical. He stated this was smart business,,, I beg to differ. I will desib the hot tub and wibteruze before I will. Let him ever touch my hot tub.

Do not hire this guy, he shows up no business card and demand $600 cash before he even pulled a single piece of equipment out of his truck which I don’t even know if he had anything in his truck. It’s my belief that he was trying to take the money and run.
I offered to give him $300 cash upfront and then when he finish the job I would give him the other 300. He immediately said nope and walked off the job site now I’m sitting here with a dirty hot tub and my listing photos are scheduled in an hour from now.

Karl came and charged $400. Cash for estimate . Claimed the pump and heater were bad and needed to be replaced. I found that he cut a power wire onnection leading to one of the pumps. This is criminal . He needs to be put out of business he has not paid a court ordered judgment
. sometime soon. weegeveryAVERY DESdiSITE.

This guy is the worst. Run away from him. Charged me $300 to come out then when he got here he wanted $300 more for first hour. My fault, I should've never paid that but I was busy and I was stupid. Paid it. Tells eI needs new spa pack at $1485 plus at least two hours more labor at $300. I said no just put it back like you found it. He cut off all my connectors, left bare wires everywhere, it's so bad I can't even explain it. Should have read reviews from start so my fault but do not do the same. Stay away!

Total SCAM. Told me over the Phone that price would be $200 to look at then $1200 for néw Pump that was needed. Showed up and demanded $400 cash before he would look at it. I wrote him a check and he Looked at it for 15 min then wrote an estimate for triple what was quoted over the phone $3,600. I asked if this was a scam to get my initial $400 seed money for 15 min of work and he took off leaving my tub broke apart. I thought he was going to get tools but I went to my Driveway and he was gone. Probably to hurry and cash the check or something. He either has a muscular issue or was high on drugs when he showed up with no identification and a wrinkled bass pro shop shirt on. Very Twitchy. Flips steps over and Broke the last step. I’m mad at myself for not reading reviews beforehand. This guy is total scam w no parts in hand.
