They previously had closed my pool twice and did a great job. Recently my Autocover was not working correctly. I called and they said $500 to fix and also clean my pool top. Would be out in a week on a Thursday. Called to confirm on Wednesday and the chemicals hadn't come in yet. So let's talk next week . This was June 10th. I texted Jason back June 17th to check on things. Never heard a word. On June 22nd I sent him a text saying I hoped everything was ok with him. He texted back said he was out of town and would check on the chemicals. June 29th tried to call him, got a text back he was on the phone . Texted him late in the day on the 30th to tell him my pool cover was barely opening and I needed to get this done. Let's just forget the cleaning for now . He texted back said they had a couple of guys on vacation but said he would check the schedule and come on out. Heard nothing. On Thursday July 2nd sent a text asking if they could come out Monday. At this point I've never heard a thing from Cannonball pools. I was polite and patient. Then I called Knickerbocker Pools. Communication was excellent. They came out within a week and fixed my cover. FOR A LOT LESS MONEY. I WILL BE ISOKG KNICKERBOCKER FOR ALL MY POOL NEEDS IN THE FUTURE
What a great company to work with! They closed our pool last year. They did a great job and were super kind and gracious with our kiddos as they were asking questions. Then, this year when we had a tricky air leak we were trying to get to the bottom of (over a holiday weekend, naturally), they were so generous with their guidance. They could have easily charged us a service fee and scheduled to come out after the weekend, but they helped us troubleshoot the problem over the phone and saved us time getting the pool back "online"! I trust them to take good care of us and our pool needs! Highly recommend!
Cannon Ball Pool has been opening and closing my pool for the past few years. I Initially contacted them when I was in dire need of a new pump. They managed to fit me in their schedule last minute, did a fantastic job, and all at a very reasonable price. Since then they’ve helped me patch my liner, replace my filter media, and opened/closed the pool with absolutely no issues. Their professionalism, customer service, and quality of work will make me a life-time client.
Contacted them about replacing our Grecian inground pool liner. They came out and did the measurements. Told us it would be a few days for us to receive a quote. They even came back to our property because they wanted to redo a measurement that same day. We received two updates saying they would get back with us but we’re having trouble finding a liner to fit the pool. Then, never heard anything back or even received a text back with the quote. They left these pool tapes all across our pool and never even replied to our message asking for an update since they told us around the month mark that they were still trying and they would let us know. Just super disappointing and weird. Was very unprofessional and odd to have someone on your property and out there for hours then never even receive a quote.
