The whole pool resurfacing project turned out great. The work was completed on time, the finish looked excellent, and the crew kept the process smooth from start to finish. What also stood out was the service after the job was done. I had a small concern a while later, and they responded quickly and took care of it without any hassle. In a hot climate where a pool gets a lot of use, it is important to have a pool company you can count on for long-term maintenance and future upgrades. We used BlueLux Pools to remodel our pool and backyard, and the results were excellent. They kept in close contact with us and the craftsmanship was outstanding. Later, when we wanted to extend our patio and refresh part of the outdoor living space around the pool, we chose them again because of the quality of their pool builder and patio work. At the start, there was a small delay in communication and the schedule had to move back about two weeks, but they handled it very well. After we shared our concern, John called us quickly, apologized for the delay and lack of follow through, and made it clear that this was not their normal standard. From that point forward, the team stayed on top of every update and kept us informed throughout the project. The work was finished exactly the way we requested and stayed on schedule once things got moving. The new tumbled travertine patio addition blended perfectly with the original pool deck and backyard design, so everything looks seamless and well planned. In the Texas heat, having a larger patio area around the pool has made the space much more comfortable and useful for relaxing and entertaining. What stood out most was how well they responded when there was an issue. That says a lot about a reliable pool builder. Their pricing may be a little higher than some other pool and outdoor living contractors, but the service, communication, and finished quality made it worth it. We would absolutely use them again.

This is our third pool build, and it has been the best one by far. BlueLux Pools did an amazing job from the first design meeting to the final walkthrough. Jonathan and John were very helpful the whole way, and the entire process moved smoothly and efficiently.
