After receiving other estimates, Elaine was simply the most informative, responsive, and the most reasonably priced. She transformed my pool and it’s never looked better. I’ve used Santorini for weekly chemical treatments as well as for filter services and repair. She’s been incredibly helpful, upfront, and thorough in her work.
I chose Elaine and Santorini Pools to take our dirty, neglected pool back to blue because she showed up in person to look at the scope of the job before quoting a price. My family of 5 was BLESSED to meet Elaine with Santorini Pools just last week, our pool had gone unserviced for 3 weeks and had already gone green and grown algae (our old pool guy left us high and dry and moved away) , spring is here and kids want to swim and summer is coming soon and with just with 2 to 3 visits they have transformed it back to new and blue!Her customer service and attention to detail and communication has been white glove service! She has been transparent and worked with us an did not pressure us into anything like all other people who gave us quotes were trying to, Elaine understood what we wanted and needed and has blown our expectations out of the water literally!
