I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I called for a hot tub repair because the tub appeared to be leaking. From the very first call, there was no option to speak with an actual person—only an AI system that took the booking. A technician attended on Monday, the repair was completed, and I paid the invoice the same day. Unfortunately, by Thursday at 3:58 PM, it was obvious the hot tub was still leaking significantly. I called again and once again reached only the AI system. No callback. On Friday, I followed up through their text platform at 10:33 AM and was told someone would contact me ASAP. After receiving no response, I followed up again at 12:53 PM, 2:38 PM, and 3:40 PM. Still nothing. Saturday morning I finally received a response at 2:01 PM stating that "Ed tried to call you but it went to voicemail." I immediately texted back at 2:03 PM. Again, no response, no phone call, and no follow-up. It is now Monday 11:25am. Four days later (including two business days), I still have a leaking hot tub and no meaningful communication. More concerning is that there appears to be no way to reach an actual office, manager, or customer service representative. My impression is that this is primarily a call-routing and lead-generation service that dispatches independent technicians rather than a traditional service company with accountable staff and customer support. When something goes wrong, it's unclear who is responsible or who you should even contact. The repair itself may or may not have been difficult to address, but the complete lack of communication and inability to reach a real person is why I cannot recommend this company.

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They “winterized our tub” as they advised us it was the best option until getting a part replaced. Come to find out they did not properly winterized the lines and all of our pumps turn d into blocks of ice and now we keep getting the run around for weeks saying someone is sick or the weather is too cold when it’s only -2, list goes on and on.. the amount of time spend trying to resolve this issue is insane.. they were very response up until the issue arrived that was caused by their service expert. They have now again this morning rescheduled and will not answers calls or messaged we just get directed straight to voicemail, do not use them ! If you deal With fix my hot tub they are also directly officiated with each other ( all the same people) so steer clear of both of these companies. We have found the warehouse guys have an amazing service team and amazing communication. Highly recommend switching to them if you don’t already use them. Here are some picture of what they left our tub like. All pumps looked like this except 1 that seems to have been drained correctly. Again this is just the start of all the headaches cause from these companies

I was very pleased by the work performed by the technicians driving the vans with the "Fix My Hot Tub" logo on the side. The folks at Jazuzzi Service let me know the date and time to expect the service call, and to my surprise they arrived right on time and set to work immediately. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and giving me tips and recommendations to better operate my swim spa. The work was completed to my satisfaction in a about an hour's time. I also appreciate that they carry a full line of chemicals in their service trucks. I was low on Spa shock, and they were able to provide me with some right away.
