Marcus and the gang took great care of our pool this spring. New liner, cement decking, new steps, new heater & an extra skimmer. Cole, Todd & the boys made it a very pleasant experience. I say this as it is currently 96 & Hot in sunny London Ontario. Thank U All

Then the prompt, excellent and trustworthy service we receive from all the guys! Forest city pool is amazing. I deal with Lucas most of the time he is excellent always quick to respond to his phone calls or text messages. Deliver stuff to the building very friendly and amazing to work with definitely highly recommend these guys if you want to to maintain your commercial pool or you can just maintain your Home pool they’re amazing people.
We purchased a home 17 years ago which emphasized a "Forest City Pool" in its listing. It soon became apparent that FCP was associated with "quality".Initially it was the beautiful design and pool placement in the yard that impressed us but over time we noticed and appreciated the attention to finer details such as the excellent drainage of the yard surrounding the pool etc. Coincidentally my husbands close friend who owned Canada Steel indicated that he had dealt with many pool companies but FCP had always insisted on purchasing the highest quality products.Needless to say when he had his own pool constructed he only considered FCP. Their maintenance crews and customer service are excellent as well as very knowledgable and quite a number have worked at this family owned company for many years.Last year my best friend, looking to install a pool at their new home, inquired as to my impressions of FCP. I said that "you could go with a FCP build or regret it every summer after". They took my advice and are very pleased.
We had a great experience with Forest City Pool. We had very difficult conditions to build on at our property, and we were happy that we had so much attention & expertise provided to us before during & after our build. Shortly into our hillside build we realized how much experience Markus & his crew brought to the project. We met with Markus & Ann Marie for consultation & advise several times during the project to make sure everyone was on track. And Jeff and the rest of the crew showed big results each day they were at our house once the build started. Now that we have completed the process & look back we are so happy we chose a company with 30 years experience and could take the whole project from beginning to end. The pool has added so much fun & relaxation to our yard. And the landscaping they did was an awesome addition.Thanks Again Everyone,Also now that the new season is hear, thank you for opening our pool so quick we have used it twice already.Dave & Margie
