My heater stopped working and I dealt with a different company who said my spa pack needed to be replaced. Immediately after replacing the spa pack, my 2 speed pump seemed weaker and would only run on high speed for about 20 seconds before shutting down. The same company who replaced the spa pack said I needed a new pump (they quoted me $880.00). I asked if it could have been related to the spa pack replacement and they said no. I called Mike, described the issue, and he immediately knew that the control board on the spa pack was wired incorrectly (it was wired for 120v power instead of 240v). 5 minutes and a couple of wire switches later, everything worked perfectly again. Mike was able to solve my issue without even having to come to the house. Mike will be my go to hot tub guy from now on. Thanks Mike!
