Purchased a Dl 65 from the Warehouse Guys in London last week . It was delivered very quick and the delivery guys Tyler and Talon did a perfect job. No drama , no complaining just two guys doing their job. Went in tonight for my first soak and wow what a tub. Jets, are great, all 65 of them no shortage of power either . With a 5.5 kilowatt heater and the competition has 4 kilowatt It didn't take long to get to temp. Having a circ pump and a 6 inch cover this should a very efficient hot tub. Highly recommend going to check out Warehouse Guys for a tub you won't be disappointed .
We installed our pool about 5 years ago with Warehouse Guys. Like most big and costly jobs, there were the odd issues, but they were always rectified. We mostly dealt with Guy, and while he wasn't always the friendliest, he got the job done. We have used WG services to open and close our pool for most of the years that we've had it. It is a very basic service, and communication has never been stellar. It seemed like very little work for us to spend roughly $300 just for opening the pool. As such, about two years ago we decided to try opening it ourselves. This year, my husband unfortunately broke his hand and was unable to deal with the pool on his own. We paid for the basic opening service, as well as an extra cost to be provided with more salt, and to have some work done on the sand filter. The crew arrived on a Thursday, spent all of 22 minutes in our yard (we have cameras), and we never heard from them again. Our cover (which is normally neatly put away in our shed was left out in our garden). Two of the bolts that attach the cover weren't lowered back into the ground. We were never given salt, nor was the sand filter service completed. When we called to inquire about what was happening, we were basically told that what we received was the basic service, and that the sand filter service would have been completed later in the season. Salt could have been dropped off. We requested a refund for both of the add on services, and just did the work that was left behind ourselves. No discount was offered, nor did anyone try to make this situation right. Needless to say, we will be using another company for our needs. People speak with their dollars, and there are tons of pool companies in the city. If you'd like to retain a loyal customer base, take care of your customers.
I really enjoyed working with the team at Warehouse guys they're very accommodating and delivered on some unusual asks which made my experience all the better. They worked with us for timing and we did the demo to save some money it was an open dialogue. The installation was great and they had great insights into incorporating more efficiency into our design. They're prices are comparable to your basic renovation stores but the look and feel is custom. Love my new kitchen.
“I couldn’t be happier with my kitchen renovation experience! From start to finish, the team was professional, attentive, and highly skilled. Kevin listened to my ideas and brought them to life with incredible attention to detail. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations.
