From the very beginning of getting the quote and scope of work from the owner to the crew for the entire process of removing old concrete, installing new concrete, new steps, new liner and adding a new heat pump we observed their hard work. When they came to open my pool and removed the winter safety cover this spring, the water was green and murky. I brought a water sample to Claudette’s, and thanks to their expert analysis and spot-on recommendations, my pool was crystal clear within days!They truly go above and beyond every time. I won't even recommend calling them. I called them yesterday to schedule a service can, they said will get back to you soon. After 24 hours, i FOLLOWED UP if they can come in and they committed between 4-6 in the evening. And nobody showed up, not even a single call that they are running late or couldn't make it. The fancy thing is that, they asked for my credit card detail upfront so they can charge me. Just thinking if the situation was reversed and i have cancelled it at the last moment, I will definitely get charged for late cancellation. Feels like they don't want new business. And now I don't know how to get rid of my credit card info from their record.
