We were very pleased with the service and information we received in order to update and upgrade our 40 year old pool. We are happy with the final result. From the very beginning of getting the quote and scope of work from the owner to the crew for the entire process of removing old concrete, installing new concrete, new steps, new liner and adding a new heat pump we observed their hard work. Our questions were always addressed and answered quickly and efficiently. We recommend Claudette Pools for your update pool projects.

We have used multiple pool supply stores through the years and Claudette's has got our business permanently! They are so friendly and thoughtful, the customer service is just at a level you don't see often these days! Great location with ample parking, the store is so clean and stocked with decent prices and very through water analysis. 5 Stars, highly recommend

Claudette’s Pools – Exceptional Service and Results!
I can’t say enough good things about Claudette’s Pools. From the moment I walk in, the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. When they came to open my pool and removed the winter safety cover this spring, the water was green and murky. I brought a water sample to Claudette’s, and thanks to their expert analysis and spot-on recommendations, my pool was crystal clear within days!
They truly go above and beyond every time. I always leave the store feeling confident that I’m doing the best for my pool and my family. Whether you're dealing with a pool issue or just need advice, Claudette’s is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I won't even recommend calling them. I called them yesterday to schedule a service can, they said will get back to you soon. After 24 hours, i FOLLOWED UP if they can come in and they committed between 4-6 in the evening. And nobody showed up, not even a single call that they are running late or couldn't make it. The fancy thing is that, they asked for my credit card detail upfront so they can charge me. Just thinking if the situation was reversed and i have cancelled it at the last moment, I will definitely get charged for late cancellation. Feels like they don't want new business. And now I don't know how to get rid of my credit card info from their record.
