Elite Pools

Elite Pools (Pierre and team) were responsible to install our mini pool (hard shell molded pool) in Aylmer. Elite Pools did a fantastic job. The work was completed in two days. The grounds and front of the house were kept super clean. Pierre was always available to answer all questions as the work progressed. After the pool was installed, they fixed all the connectors to the pump, filter and salt system. There was no leaks at all. Great work. Thanks to Elite Pools.

We recently had our pool installed along with interlock for the patio and surrounding area, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, Pierre and his team were professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. Pierre helped guide us through the design process, offered great recommendations, and stuck to the timeline they gave us. The interlock work is clean and beautifully laid out, and the pool installation was flawless. Communication was excellent throughout the entire project. Pierre and his team were respectful, kept the site tidy, and clearly cared about the quality of their work. Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for reliable, high-quality pool and landscaping services! When you deal with Elite Pools you are dealing directly and only with the owner.

Pierre and his entire team were amazing to deal with. From the initial design and layout, to the install and post install service and workmanship, they were top notch. To me, the true test is what happens when the inevitable issues pop up during install or post install... these were identified and dealt with promptly and professionally, never leaving me feeling like the issue was not 100% a priority or under control. In our case, a couple of items popped up, completely out of the teams control, yet Pierre and team took complete ownership of it, and ensured that everything was resolved promptly and professionally. Pierre and team, thank you from myself and my family - we are truly enjoying our backyard pool and landscaping and look forward to many happy days making memories in our back yard.
