HB Pools

Incredible service! We had been debating a pool and had no idea what company to choose so I chose HB pools because of their reviews. From the moment we met with them we knew we were in great hands. Our pool is amazing! They started the job early and finished earlier than we expected. The team was amazing and every member that came here ( there was a lot) for each phase of the pool was courteous, knowledgeable and and always made us feel like no question was too silly or felt rushed. True professionals! The communication with the team through emails was amazing and we always got a response to any question we had. Truly if planning to do a pool, which we now wish we had done 10 years ago you should definitely choose HB pools as you will not regret it. From start to finish they were true professionals and went above and beyond in all areas. Even down to the last day when they dropped off a thank you package with great drinks and toys for the pool and even the most amazing candle and soaps in a beautiful bag! We felt truly taken care of and literally have not one complaint! Thank you for everything to all the staff!

The crew was great! They showed up on time and went right to work to replace the underground plumbing on my swimming pool. They worked very hard and never stopped until the job was complete. The work was first class and they repaired all of the landscaping that had to be dug up and they cleaned up perfectly afterwards!

We recently had Fred and Jer out to service our pool and couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment they arrived, it was clear these two know their craft inside and out. They were professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything they were doing — no guesswork, no upsells, just honest, quality work. The pool hasn’t looked this good in years. The water is crystal clear, the equipment was inspected and tuned up properly, and they left the area spotless. It’s rare to find service providers who genuinely take pride in what they do, but Fred and Jer are exactly that. We’ve already signed up for their ongoing maintenance package — that should tell you everything you need to know. If you want your pool in the best possible hands, look no further. Highly recommend

Some of my pool liner detached itself. I hired HB Pools to come and fix it. They were efficient, effective and economical. I would highly recommend them and will use again. I especially loved the video they sent after the work was completed, as I was not home when the work was done. What a brilliant service to offer! Thank you so much and have a great season!

HB POOLS We approached HB Pools in October 2025 to see if they could replace the vinyl liner for our in-ground pool before the winter set in. It had developed a couple of tears, and we had no choice but to try to get the situation fixed. HB Pools was fantastic. The job turned out to be more extensive than we thought, and they finished everything by late November. The owner, who was exceptional to deal with, committed to getting the job done and they delivered superbly. Very reasonable. Very fair pricing. Always took the time to explain and discuss options whether it was before we started or as this adventure unfolded. Their crew was friendly, profession, reliable, accommodating and helpful. They showed up consistently, given the variable and inclement weather circumstances they were facing at that time of year, and it was a pleasure to deal with and to have such a hard-working crew working on our project. They took great pride in getting the job done correctly. On budget and on time, without cutting corners. HB Pools was the best decision we could have made. We would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who needs any work done on their pool, and we will certainly utilize their expertise if any issues arise with our pool in the future. Thank you, HB Pools.
