I used ML pools for opening, closing, pump replacement, salt conversion etc. for almost 20 years. The service has always been great and reliable. This year they came through for us again when we had an unfortunate liner failure this spring (pictures of before during and after below). They made the ordering process simple and even though this is busy season for them, they got our pool up and going before end of May. Simply awesome!
We needed a new liner for our pool. After reaching out to several pool contractors, ML Pools was quick to respond with detailed estimate that was very competitive. After speaking with Steve and watching him take the measurements for the liner I had confidence that I had chosen the right contractor. Now that the new liner has been installed, we are very pleased with the result; the pool looks great. Laughlin Pools did an incredible job on restoring and upgrading our well used & loved family in ground pool.Steve and Mitch were there from start to finish and made sure that all details were attended to.The pool required a new liner for starters; Steve then designed a new set of stairs to be added at one corner then topped off with a full length half height bench across the shallow end. It is like having a brand new pool !!I can’t say enough about how this family business pays attention to every detail and follows through – the job was done exactly as described and to perfection.I would recommend Laughlin pool services to anyone who is thinking about any kind of pool service, they certainly stand behind their work & are a pleasure to deal with on a personal basis.
