We have had a great experience working with PoolZenia Ottawa. This is only our second year owning a pool so we have lots to learn. The team always takes the time to explain everything to us and are incredibly patient with our questions. Special shoutout to Dan, who has been to our place a few times and is an all around amazing guy.

On 28th of May 2026, we had a new liner installed and we were very pleased with the work that Dan and his crew did. They were all very profesional and all very personable. I would recommend PoolZenia Ottawa for the excellent work they provided.

Update - The guys installed my safety cover on Saturday and provided a complementary pool closing. They were quick and the cover looks amazing

Our 27' above-ground pool liner sprung a leak at the worst possible time ... the hottest week of the summer. Poolzenia was the only company to offer a free assessment and they went above and beyond by finding our liner size in their current stock.
They scheduled us within the week, and Dan's crew was on time, friendly, and did a perfect job. The pool looks like new! Exceptional service from start to finish. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others in Ottawa.
