Many years (9) back we had Avante bring in truckloads of clean soil as we filled in our pool. Today we have a large patch of lawn that is unuseable as it's a mud bath when it rains. It persists throughout the summer off & on. I thought this a slight glitch & figured over time all would be good. Not even close. Clean fill this was not.
Be forewarned.
