Emily did a terrific job on the startup process for our newly renovated marbelite pool. She was professional, courteous and exceptionally helpful. She obviously is very knowledgeable about all aspects of pool maintenance and resolved a number of issues as soon as they arose. She always was pleasant, willing and able to answer all of my questions. She ensured that pool chemistry was balanced and the pool looks immaculate as a result. Back at the Aveco office, Rochelle was prompt at answering any emails and very helpful. I highly recommend Aveco Pool Services.
My original pool technician decided to retire and referred me to Aveco Pools as Josh is an old friend of him. I have no complaints at all. Over the past 15 years we have used the services of a few pool companies. It is always fine in the beginning until things start to go wrong. With Aveco, they are a cut above all of the rest. They identify the actual issue using skilled professionals and communicate options. This summer was the first year that our pool was entirely usable. Repairs were done on my schedule and Aveco was prompt and reliable. I would definitely recommend them!
