Betz Pools Limited

I had a wonderful experience with Betz Pool. I've known this company for over 15 years. Yesterday morning, the heating went out. We were supposed to have a party for our beloved grandson's first year at 2:00 a.m., and the kids wouldn't have been able to swim in a cold pool. A mechanic arrived very quickly and fixed it, even though it was a weekend. Thanks to the Betz Pool team. May you have more happy customers.

Betz Pools has a well deserved rating for delivering outstanding service to its clients. Responsive and caring service is the hallmark of a superior customer focussed business. Everyone from Mario Blanchet, Matt and the on site team are unfailing courteous, but most important knowledgeable and experts on all aspects of the pool building and maintenance business. Henry F

Before hiring Betz Pool, I interviewed several companies across the GTA. I can confidently say that choosing Betz Pool was the best decision I could have made for my project. Marc and his entire team were outstanding, professional, dedicated, and truly invested in bringing my vision to life. A special mention goes to Justin, the project manager, who was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, he took the time to listen carefully to my ideas, translate them into a detailed 3D design, and guide me step by step through the entire process. His honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure everything stayed on track were remarkable. What impressed me most was how transparent and thorough the Betz Pool team was. They explained every stage clearly and provided me with the best options without ever pushing me to go beyond my budget. Justin went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied, and his professionalism made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. In addition to the pool, Betz also arranged for the landscaping and sauna installation, which turned out beautifully. Everything was delivered efficiently, on time, and with exceptional quality. I am beyond thrilled with the final results and highly recommend Betz Pool to anyone considering a pool project. Their maintenance services are also excellent and give me peace of mind knowing my investment is in great hands. Betz Pool has truly exceeded my expectations.

Following a recommendation by a friend, we reached out to Betz in 2019 to install a custom concrete pool for our new home build. Throughout all stages of the process (quote, design, and installation) we were impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Their offerings were not limited to the pool, we also contracted them for the all-season spa, patio veneer, fire bowls, etc. We are now in our 6th year with this pool, and Betz has continued to stand behind their product, and consistently provide good communication and offer solutions when needed. Pool ownership in Canada requires a mutual year-round commitment by the owner and pool contractor, in order to keep your pool looking good and operating well -- and Betz certainly delivers on their end. I will be sure to continue to recommend Betz to my friends and family for their pool and spa needs.

Thanks to the great service from start to finish! I had my pool liner replaced, a new filter and pool light installed, all done efficiently, on time and very professionally! The most impressive part was the plumbing staff that had to repair a broken line under the cement pool deck. These guys went above and beyond to remove our interlocking bricks, dig out underneath, then climb under to do the repair, and then carefully put everything back into place!! Wow! Very impressive!! Thanks again!!
