Just wanted to give a shout out to Aqua-Blue Pools and Spas. For some reason this year our pool would just not clear out. We had seen another pool company they gave us instructions and nothing changed for over a week and many chemicals later. Massive turnaround for Aqua Blue! My experience went from incredibly frustrating five years ago to absolutely fantastic over the last few years. The in-store staff are now friendly, knowledgeable, and actually care about answering questions. On the service side, their crew just replaced my liner and they were efficient, respectful, and shared great info—matching the excellent service we received last year. They’ve completely won me back, and I highly recommend them now!
Well, I know it's not completely their fault, but I went to purchase an " O " ring for my Hayward chlorinator. They were asking $60 for this "O" ring ! I thought they were kidding...but no...bought 8 on Amazon for $15.00 . Can they not outsource better pricing or is gouging the customer just too lucrative ?
I called in to Aqua Blue as I had just opened my pool and the old fittings were leaking badly. I asked if their team could come and redo whatever needed doing. The team showed up for me in a timely manner and did an amazing job with new fittings and minimal water loss from the pool and made the whole hook-up for my pool much easier and way nicer looking than it was before. I had an inquiry about a pool heater and Aqua-Blue were more than happy to spend some time offering us some ideas even though they weren't able to sell us what we needed. I recently went back again for some upgraded pool sand for our filter and they were, again, very helpful. They have a great selection of products, and when we are ready for that hot tub or inground pool, this is where we will be going. Thanks!
