Reviews commonly note knowledgeable planning, clear explanations, and follow-through during and after installation. Several long-time customers mention help with liners, salt systems, and ongoing questions years after the original build. Feedback also cites realistic timelines and coordination with other trades. A small number of reviews describe dissatisfaction with communication when the company could not take on a job.

Jim is very knowledgeable and professional. He took his time to answer our questions, measure the backyard, make suggestions for the best placement and was available both during and after installation. We couldn’t ask for better experience.

Southeastern installed our pool 20 years ago and did a very professional job. They answered all of our questions and continued to support us through the years with a new liner and salt cell. I highly recommend Southeastern Pools

These guys did such a wonderful job with my pool when I bought my home in 2014 that I wanted to brag on them now in 2023! The pool had been installed in 1987 with a 12’ deep end. I needed a new liner, a new pool cover, and I wanted to bring the deep end up to 6’ deep. These guys did a great job and were extremely helpful to me as a first-time pool owner in teaching me all about the equipment, how to winterize, etc. I highly recommend Southeastern Pools.

We did our research and Jim has been doing this for over 30 years. You can’t expect a pool to be put in overnight. We met with him in the late summer and they had an opening in the fall/winter. He did everything he said he would. We went with a fiberglass pool from Viking. From out research it was the best long term option. Jim does the pool, not everything. He has an electrician that he uses and recommends concrete, retaining wall, and fence companies. He gave us more than one recommendation for each. With everything all done, we are happy. Yes, we had to coordination some things on our own (fence, concrete, retaining wall), but we knew that up front. Don’t forget the landscaping work that will need to be completed too. We have been using our pool since spring 2020 and are extremely satisfied with Jim and the Viking pool so far!

This was, unprofessional, unpleasant experience. I called about a new liner for our inground pool. He said he wasn't interested and didnt want our business. Now we have gone with TRUE PROFESSIONALS Taking our $$ elsewhere with confidence of a experience with a company of integrity and excellence AND high ratings!
