I was amazed from start to finish the whole process was flawless. Rapid Roofing put roofing on our house and garage 20 years ago with quality materials and service. This time our neighbors tree hit our garage during a storm which was damaged. Rapid Roofing came out, gave us a fair price with high quality material we used before. The crew came out and did a superior job replacing it and not leaving any debris or nails on the ground. Highly recommend this company!
Lee Ehlers (sales rep) & Dominic Rowe (project manager) were great to work with. They were both very nice & informative. One of our neighbors setup an appt for an estimate because the roof & gutters on the house & garage look so good!
I had a fantastic experience with Rapid Roofing on my first ever roof install. Out of a few companies that quoted my house, Rapid Roofing offered the best product with the best warranty while also having a competitive price. The sales person, Sam, was knowledgeable on the process and the product, and the project manager Dominic was great to work with during the install. They offered metal valleys as a free upgrade on my home, and a spring discount to upgrade to their top-of-the line GAF Timberline UHDZ shingle for the same cost as the normal HDZ. I went with the Barkwood color. The pictures speak for themselves - the house looks GREAT! My only suggestion for improvement would be better communication between sales and the project manager, since there were a number of points I needed to clarify the morning of the install that were discussed with sales but not explicitly called out on the contract.
