We have been working with Solar Alliance for a while now and their care and work has been great.
They get one star. They should really have no stars, but to leave a review They have to get 1.Sooo I read a very positive review and clearly they haven't had a problem come up, so hang in there They will screw you over eventually.I have have had NOTHING but trouble in most recent years, in fact I have gone OVER A YEAR with part of my service not working. When I called I was told by the engineer that it wasnt a big enough problem for them to come out!!!$54000 for that part of my solar and it didnt work properly and eventually quit working completely and if it was working we couldn't monitor it!!! IF you get someone on the phone then you are fed bull crap!I even tried to call the corporate company for Solar Edge.... THEY Dont Answer Either!!!!Truth be known. The Solar Edge is in Isreal! No answer seems the corporate way!!!BUT the good news is I found a FABULOUS COMPANY!!! They are completely opposite of Solar Alliance.TITAN SOLAR AND ELECTRIC!They answer the phone and they fixed my system in less than a month! They in fact made all of my Solar (96 panels ) combined to one system. When they were done, the system was decommissioned without problem. And I know that cleaning up others messes can be irritating. Not ever a foul word came from the electricians. He is a determined man and never flinched, he had minimal problems making it work!So glad to have a good company, run by good and local quality people at Titan Solar and Electric!
Nobody answering phones , no news on how their business is doing since december 2024, late on earnings call , i think there is no earnings call coming ... nobody is answering callls for investors and shareholders . i guess its pack up time for this company thats going bankrupt after scamming investors when old ceo m clark personally called me to say that we are not going bankrupt when i was raising questions after the last Quarter of '24
Mountain Challenge and Maryville College decided to make an historic building capable of using 100% solar energy. And we asked Solar Alliance for assistance.Everyone at Solar Alliance was - and still are - amazing. From data analysis to design to construction to marketing and follow-up, they stayed with us every step of the way.And they still provide thoughtful and fast answers to on-going questions. They definitely performed above and beyond. We are grateful.
They used to be great. Now you can't get anyone to call back or email back. I have 3 people's contact info for office phone, mobile phone, and email. Zero response 4 weeks. The last project was completed on good terms. Go somewhere else for business.Post owner response: Oh I've tried the main number too. You have a problem. You could pull my number from your system and personally call me. Now that would be customer service .
