I’m disappointed with my recent experience. I called this morning (Friday Feb 27th) to ask about having patterned glass cut for an outdoor lantern. I explained clearly and in detail what I was trying to accomplish and what the glass would be used for. Based on that explanation, I was quoted a price of $12–$15.I then drove across town to the shop based on that quote. Once I arrived and the glass was physically looked at, I was told the price would be higher, and the original quote was not honored. No effort was made to acknowledge the incorrect quote or the inconvenience of my time and travel.I understand that pricing can sometimes change after seeing a job in person, but when a customer explains the project thoroughly over the phone and is given a specific price, that information should either be honored or clearly stated as an estimate upfront. This experience felt unprofessional and was frustrating.

We bought cabinets online that were made for glass doors, but the glass was not included. They came with wooden shelves but we wanted glass shelves. The people we talked to at Ray Diamond glass were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed. We ordered 10 glass door panels and 10 shelves and were able to pick them up the next day. They fit perfectly and look great. We are 100% satisfied.
