Customers praise professional service and careful glass work; one customer also describes the team as detailed and responsive. One homeowner says the company replaced 68 panes in the home, while another says a shower installation was completed in a timely manner and the glass was flawless. One customer recalls repeated missed dates and an arrival more than an hour late on an earlier window job; on a later glass replacement, the same customer says the response and replacement were quick and the staff were professional and pleasant.
Customer Reviews
Don S Janezic
Big River Glass replaced virtually all the glass in our home, 68 panes, flawlessly. If window frames are in good shape as ours are, replacing entire windows is a complete waste ...like replacing a broken window, but at a much greater scale.
They are simply as professional as any contractor can possibly be, and extremely detailed and responsive. If I had replaced the entire windows, the time taken and number of additional contractors necessary would have easily tripled the amount of time required.
This eliminated the very expensive entire window replacement that results in extensive carpentry repairs, probably saving us $35-45K. Our house was built in 1998, so double pane glass leakage occurred. As info, they do multiple checks before starting installation to minimize any inconvenience, and are extremely flexible in their scheduling.

We had the nicest and most respectful young man install our windows. Instead of that dreadful experience you are expecting with home repairs this turned out to be the most pleasant one. Shout out to Lyndon!!
