Reviews often mention quick turnaround for windshield work and pricing that compares well to other shops. Several customers note pleasant staff and efficient in-and-out service. A smaller number of reviews describe communication or follow-up issues on certain orders. Overall ratings trend positive with frequent mentions of value and speed.
I am so disappointed. Had my consultation to replace broken window glass, got measured, the tech was wonderful, said would be finished today, Monday. I call the office today only to find out our work order was NEVER put in and was then asked to reschedule. Not rescheduling service with them and will not be using this service in the future! Everything was great up until then service wise, how disappointing.
Came in to replace a windshield of my cascadia. In and out quick. Staff is pleasant. Would recommend
Best price and service ! I called 5 auto glass services and the were the cheapest! At least $50-$120 cheaper. Great glass techs. Very professional! I was in and out within 45 minutes! If you need and inspection sticker they do that too!
What started as an unnoteworthy windshield replacement turned into a bad customer service experience warranting a negative review. We had our windshield replaced here a little over a month ago. Nothing out of the ordinary at first, until a few weeks later when we went to replace the windshield wiper blades and noticed that both windshield covers in the bottom corners were missing. We called Gryder to ask about the missing parts, and were met immediately with the suggestion that somehow both could have blown off while driving, gone missing in a carwash (which we had not done since the install) and that there is no way Gryder could confirm at this point that the fault lay with their service. It is fairly obvious that they were just never reinstalled because BOTH were missing. The chances of them BOTH having just blown off while driving, unnoticed by those in the vehicle, seems farfetched. The woman who initially took our call wouldn't even elevate this to management or ownership, but instead offered us a free chip repair service in the future. Thanks, but no thanks. The replacement parts are not hard to purchase and install ourselves, thankfully. I hope Gryder found that the $25 they saved by not replacing these covers is worth the loss of future business, recommendation that anyone we know look elsewhere, and this negative review.
A professional environment and hard working crew. I love it here. And yes, come here for any glass repairs. Open Monday - Friday (08:00am - 17:00pm) and they saved us some money. Thank you again, Gryder Glass.
